At Easier Golfing, all transactions are conducted in USD currency only. Prices seen on the page may be converted from USD to your local currency for the customer's better understanding. 

Shipping & Delivery Policy


Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS and typically ship within 1-2 days from the time the order is placed. Shipping time is around 3-4 business days and vary based on region and weight. Shipping cost is calculated depending on the delivery address and weight of the order If you wish to receive your order faster, you may upgrade shipping for additional cost. Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.


We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges incurred.


IMPORTANT We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered in correctly before your item gets shipped out, we are not responsible for the lost package. Delivery times are based on US estimates, and therefore will vary depending on global location.

If you order different items, they may come in separate shipments but still within estimated delivery times. There will never be extra shipping fees in this scenario. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Return & Exchange Policy

30 Day Return Policy
The order shipping fee is non-refundable as it's collected directly by the shipping couriers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the address we will provide for a refund or exchange within 14 days of placing your order. To submit a request, please email us at support@easiergolfing.com.


You are responsible for return shipping fees as well. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. You must provide a valid tracking number of your return in order for us to proceed with the refund. Upon receipt of the return and after product inspection, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment.

Damaged Product

We will refund or replace any damaged product. We will just ask to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects. Please send an email to support@easiergolfing.com within 30 days placing the order. After 30 days we will not refund any items.

Replacement

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for reimbursement or replacement within 90 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to support@easiergolfing.com. If the case is deemed valid, Easier Golfing will cover any related cost.
After 90 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement for any reasons.
